1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SafeToShip, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. One-Time Payments

SafeToShip operates on a pay-per-scan basis. Refunds are generally not provided once a scan report has been unlocked, as the digital service is fully consumed immediately.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the scan results are error-free or that they will identify all security vulnerabilities.
